While this still contributes little to sales growth, it makes us optimistic about its sales potential over the next few years.” Forecast GEHC has updated its outlook for the rest of the year and now forecasts organic sales growth of 1-2%, below the previously forecast “around 4%” and below the 3.4% that Wall Street had expected. In the conference call, management blamed continued weakness in China. CEO Peter Arduini said the company had “previously communicated that the region would see negative revenue growth in the primary half of the yr as we faced a difficult comparison.” He continued: “At that point, we expected positive revenue growth within the second half of the yr. Today, the prolonged timeline for the launch of the brand new [Chinese] The stimulus measures announced earlier this yr are impacting orders and sales.
