The 2025 patriots have several holes on their squad. Racing back isn’t necessarily one in all them – not with Rhamondre Stevenson and Antonio Gibson will return.

“Drake Maye is my guy. He is a dog. To see him what he's doing – it is amazing to see. … it would be amazing, ”said Hampton about New England. “To be with him all the time. When he was at UNC, he always had me under his wing. It would be an amazing experience. ”

Hampton was one in all Maye's most reliable playmakers during his time in Chapel Hill and hurried 1,504 yards and 15 touchdowns in May's last season in the course of the last season.

Even when Maye made the leap into the NFL ranks, Hampton continued the defense in 2024 and hurried 1,660 yards and 15 touchdowns, while 38 catches for 373 yards and two other TDS were added.
